Residential and commercial electrical installation and service across the western Metroplex, operating from Grand Prairie. Clements Electric has been wiring the Metroplex since 1982; UTS acquired the name and business assets in May 2025 and operates it as an assumed name of UTS ElectricPros, LLC — same crews, same licence, one accountable company.

UTS has operated continuously since 2007. Current ownership acquired the assets of the business in June 2022 and has since added two brands: UTS ElectricPros, formed to hold a Texas electrical contractor licence and to carry an authorized Cummins generator dealership, and Clements Electric, whose name and business assets were acquired in May 2025.
Public records show a 2022 incorporation date for the acquiring entity. That is the acquisition, not the founding — the business it acquired has been running since 2007, and Clements Electric has been wiring the Metroplex since 1982.
