Two of the four brands are UTS, LLC trading under another name. One is a separate company that UTS, LLC owns. The fourth is that company trading under another name. The difference matters on a contract, a certificate of insurance and a licence.

UTS ElectricPros, LLC is manager-managed and wholly owned by UTS, LLC. It was formed separately to hold the Texas electrical contractor licence, TECL #40628, under which all electrical work is performed.
